The Originals season 4 might be its last

The Originals season 4 might be its last

The Originals has gathered a good number of viewers but the fanatics might soon pass their goodbyes to the thrilling spinoff. Rumor has it that the show will have a reduced order of Episodes in its season 4 which is set to be released in 2017. On the other end, the parent TV Show “Vampire Diaries”  is currently airing its final season.

Due to this, viewers of “The Originals” are of the opinion that the same will happen to the spinoff. According to a report, “The Originals” Season 3 premiered late last Oct 2015 for the suspected reason that “The Vampire Diaries” canceled its eighth season.

Although, the CW Network has agreed with Netflix to rescue “The Originals”. The two platforms agreed that all episodes of “The Originals” from The CW network can be viewed on Netflix eight days after each season finale.

The Originals is not the only show moved to January with a new ‘season beginning’. Reign Season 4 is also getting a 2017 new release, but the official date has not been confirmed. The show about Mary Queen of Scots faced cancellation rumors last year after getting the Friday night death slot and then not returning after the winter break until March, when The 100 Season 3 came to an end. Rumors are that Reign is being moved to the mid-season line-up because of low viewing figures and an attempt to keep the show on the air. This could certainly be the same with The Originals.

How the show will end

Reports claim that Marcel will wake Klaus up from his torment and face his one-time friend and father figure. He will want revenge and closure, and the best way to do that is to fight to the death. With Marcel’s current stance as an Uber Original and the rest of the Mikaelsons in a dreamworld connected to Klaus’ life force, this could mean the end to the whole family, except Hope. There is nobody to help reverse Marcel’s vampirism or weaken him enough to allow Klaus to win, meaning Klaus will die, killing the rest of his family.
